Our system stores the following information to be able to contact you about one of our services:

• last name and first name
• phone number
• gender

In order to serve you better, we also keep the pictures send for a maximum of one year and use a statistical software of visits.

Any request for deletion of personal information must be sent by e-mail to info@lal.be, the deletion cannot take place before the delivery of all your orders in progress.
